No. Cord is independent — it works for any business: distributors, wholesalers, agencies, manufacturing, or services. You upload your catalog (or quote free lines) and start sending proposals. If you also sell on Shopify, we have an app that integrates.
Free has no expiry date and requires no credit card: it includes 5 quote sends each month and up to 5 active quotes at a time, with your logo and “Powered by Cord” branding. Sends renew on the first day of each month (UTC). Closing a quote frees an active slot but does not replenish monthly sends. If you use all your sends, wait for renewal or upgrade.
Yes. Businesses in Mexico with valid tax settings and a connected Digital Seal Certificate (CSD) can issue CFDI 4.0 using the quote data. Free currently includes 3 invoices per month. Other supported markets receive commercial invoices; tax capabilities depend on the country.
