What's left in Colombia
The electronic sales invoice with the DIAN is built and in beta. What comes next:
- RADIAN events, such as acknowledgment of receipt and acceptance of the invoice, which the DIAN records so the invoice can circulate as a negotiable instrument.
- Support document for purchases from parties not required to invoice.
- Export invoice and contingency invoices.
- INC, ICUI, ICA and health taxes, ReteICA reporting, AIU, mandates, tips and document-level charges.
- Electronic payroll.
What blocks it
It's Cord's work on the same framework: each document is built against the Technical Annex and tested in the DIAN's enablement environment. Acknowledgment and acceptance are also generated by whoever receives the invoice, so they depend on receiving supplier invoices.
How it works
The business issues or receives the document from Cord.
Cord builds it per the Technical Annex, signs it and sends it to the DIAN.
The DIAN's response stays with the document and its event.

Clear limits
Meanwhile, those cases are rejected or flagged before sending, without using up a number from the resolution.
