Cord's quote editor is designed to give you agility without losing control. You don't need to jump between Excel sheets and PDF formats. From a single screen, you can search for products in your catalog, adjust quantities, and see how the price changes in real-time.
Key benefits:
- Tax per line and country: every line item carries its own rate, so taxed and exempt services can coexist without flattening to one rate. Names and suggested rates change with your account country: VAT in the UK; sales tax in the US, seeded by state across all 50 states plus DC; IVA in Mexico, Colombia, Spain, Argentina, Chile, and Peru; and in Canada, GST with the provincial rate broken out, or HST. In Chile, VAT is computed on the document's net total, as the SII defines it. You see the final total before sending the quote.
- Discounts and coupons: a discount on the whole sale, as a percentage or an amount, or one of your business's coupons. It applies before tax and is spread across the lines.
- Auto-save: Create drafts without losing information.

Clear limits
Suggested rates do not replace the business tax judgment. If Cord cannot retrieve a real exchange rate, a multi-currency quote is not saved with an invented rate.
