Find out the moment it happens, not when you check the dashboard
A matrix of events by channel (email, Slack and Microsoft Teams) under Settings › Notifications. Check the boxes you want and they save instantly.
Key benefits:
- Email to the account owner: viewed, approved, rejected, payment received, about to expire, overdue, and team; approved/rejected/paid come on by default from day one.
- Task reminder to each assignee: every morning, from 8:00 in your time zone, an email with their tasks due today and overdue. It comes on by default and turns off for the whole organization.
- Slack and Teams for the whole team: connect your Slack channel with Add to Slack, or your Teams channel with your Microsoft account, and post the same events with number, client, total, and a direct link.
- No false noise: only what you actually checked fires; nothing gets posted "just in case".
How it works
Choose channel and event in Settings.
Cord saves the preference matrix as each option changes.
When a view, approval, rejection, or payment occurs, it sends only enabled alerts.
Availability and scope
Seven event classes across email, Slack, and Microsoft Teams, with number, customer, total, and link when the channel supports that context, plus the daily task reminder email to each assignee.
Clear limits
Slack connects with Add to Slack or your own webhook; Teams, with your Microsoft account or the channel's Power Automate flow. Cord does not publish disabled events or replace internal history with external messages.
