Preview and sending

Make sure everything is perfect before sending the magic link to your client and surprise them with a native payment experience.

One of Cord’s biggest advantages is that you don’t send a dead file (PDF) attached to an email. You send a Magic Link to a dynamic, custom branded web experience (your colors and logo) where the client can interact, approve, and pay.

Before sending, click Preview to review:

  • A clean and responsive design (mobile-optimized).
  • The detailed breakdown of what the client pays today (if an advance was requested) and when the balance is due.
  • The clear and prominent button to Approve Quote.

Once the client clicks “Approve”, the quote immediately turns into an active checkout point.

Cord integrates an Apple-level native checkout within the same link. Without redirecting to confusing external gateways or losing your brand context. The client can pay the total (or the agreed advance) using:

  1. Credit / Debit Card: Secure processing (via in-house Stripe Elements).
  2. Bank Transfer (Dynamic SPEI): The system will generate a unique interbank CLABE exclusively for that quote. As soon as the client makes the transfer from their banking app, Cord detects the deposit, marks the quote as paid, and notifies you in real-time.

Money straight to your account (Zero Commission): Thanks to our architecture (Stripe Connect Custom), card or SPEI funds go directly to your own bank account. Cord never touches your funds or charges transaction fees.

Sending Methods

Once the quote is saved, you have two ways to deliver the Magic Link:

  1. Manual sending (Copy Link): Copy and paste it into WhatsApp, Slack, or your personal email. Ideal for quick sales or real-time conversations.
  2. Email sending (Cord Mail): Send it from the platform. The system will dispatch an impeccable transactional email and keep a record of the send.
