Customize your branding

Upload your logo and choose your corporate color to ensure your quotes reflect your company’s identity.

First impressions matter

When a prospect receives your quote, the first thing they see is Cord’s Interactive Public Link. Ensuring this link carries your visual identity is crucial to conveying B2B professionalism and trust.

In Settings > Branding, you can configure:

  • Upload an image in PNG or SVG format with a transparent background.
  • We recommend a maximum height of 120px and a horizontal (landscape) proportion.
  • Your logo will appear at the top of the web link, in automated email notifications, and in PDF exports.

2. Primary Color

  • Choose your brand’s primary hex color (Example: #0071e3).
  • This color will be applied to:
    • The main Approve Quote button.
    • Visual accents and progress bars.
    • Interactive links within the document.

Tip: Cord automatically optimizes the text color (white or black) that goes on top of your Primary Color to guarantee accessibility and perfect contrast.

PDF Export

Your branding configuration is also reflected in the downloadable PDF. Cord dynamically injects your logo and adjusts the typography so the document looks impeccable in both digital and printed formats.
