If you already use Cord on a monthly plan, you can switch to annual billing and save: the annual cycle charges you for 10 months instead of 12 — that is, 2 months free.
How to switch to annual
- Go to Settings > Plans & subscription > Subscription (
/app/ajustes/plan). - Toggle Annual in the plan selector.
- Confirm in the secure form. The annual charge is made upfront and your subscription renews every 12 months.
Mid-year plan changes
If you paid annually and then upgrade (for example from Professional to Scale), Cord shows and applies the proration for the remaining period before you confirm the change.

If you need a CFDI for what you pay Cord, request it from our team at soporte@flouvia.com with your tax details and we’ll issue it.
Do not confuse this with charging your own clients: monthly retainers are configured from a recurring quote and have a separate cycle.
