Under Settings › Notifications you choose which events notify you and how: email (always to the business owner’s account) and Slack (if you connect a channel under Settings › Integrations).
Available events
- Quote viewed
- Quote approved
- Quote rejected
- Payment received
- Quote about to expire (3 days before)
- Overdue payment
- Someone joined the team
Check the email and/or Slack box for each event; it saves instantly.
Slack
You need an Incoming Webhook from your Slack workspace (Apps → Incoming Webhooks → Add to Slack). Paste the URL into the same Notifications screen and use the “Send test” button to confirm it arrives. The “Someone joined the team” alert only has an email version — it has no folio or amount to show in a Slack channel.
