Because Cord Payments does not hold funds, your connected payment account determines the deposit schedule based on country, business category, and operating history — it is not a value Cord sets on its own.

Review your deposits

  1. Go to Payments to review recent deposits, amounts, status, and destination account.
  2. Review Settings › Payments to confirm that the bank account is verified; an unverified account holds deposits until verification completes.
  3. Pick the frequency in Settings › Payments › Payout frequency: daily, weekly (with the weekday you prefer), monthly (with the day of the month), or manual. You can also set how many days to wait before each payout leaves.
  4. Changing the frequency asks you to confirm your identity, the same as changing your bank account: it decides the pace at which your money leaves.

Two things worth knowing before you choose: daily payouts pay the fixed transfer fee more often, and not every country supports the manual schedule. If your account still has verification pending, payouts stay paused regardless of the frequency you pick.

A frequency change does not alter payment history, the net amount already settled, or invoice stamping.
